I am currently installing this product and although I have no comments as to how it works, you should send with more extensive installation instructions. The ones that come with it are technical, not clear and do not go step by step. Also, the instructions say to use all six support areas under the PV, but only come with 4. I\'m hoping you will send me 2 more z supports. If you had a book that went with your kits on \"How To\" install, that would be great. Otherwise the service was excellent. The product came in good shape rather quickly.
