Sanyo 190 Watt Solar Panel

The Sanyo 190 Watt HIT solar cell is made of a thin single crystal silicon wafer surrounded by ultra-thin amorphous silicon layers.   The Sanyo HIT* cell leads the USA industry in performance.

Sanyo 190 Watt HIT solar panels have superior temperature characteristics compared to conventional crystalline silicon solar panels.   As outside temperatures rise, Sanyo HIT solar cells produce more electricity (kWh) than conventional crystalline silicon solar cells at the same temperature.  The solar cells are 0.2mm thick, using less silicon materials than conventional solar cells at about 0.35mm.
